ONLINE SILENT AUCTION DETAILS & INFORMATION

March 26th (Thursday) – BIDDING OPENS for the online auction. (Access Auction Items Here)

April 1st (Wednesday) – EVENT DAY auction will continue during the Event Program and will remain open until Thursday the 2nd at 12PM.

April 2nd (Thursday) 12PM – Closing of online auction and notification to winners of auction items. Accounts will be closed and payments processed for Auction Item Winners who have not already closed their accounts.

ITEM PICK UP

Auction Winners – All items will be available for pickup at Sound Connection 5220 San Bernardo Ave, Laredo, TX from Monday April 6th – April 10th from 2PM – 7PM. Please contact Marina Medina at (956) 740-0633 if you have any questions regarding pick up.

If you purchased items and are not able to pick up in Laredo, please contact Tracy Sanchez at (956) 763-4402 and arrangements will be made to have the items sent or delivered.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms
By participating in Casa de Misericordia’s silent auction, all bidders agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Casa de Misericordia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bidding & Winning

  • All bids are final, binding, and cannot be retracted once placed.
  • The highest bid at the close of the auction will be the winning bid, provided payment is completed.

3. Payment & Collection

  • All items will be paid in full automatically after the Silent Auction closes.
  • Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final and no exchanges or substitutions are allowed.
  • Winners must claim their items within the designated time frame and location as specified.

4. Item Condition & Liability

  • All items are sold “as is” with no warranties or guarantees regarding condition, quality, or value.
  • Casa de Misericordia is not responsible for any defects, damages, or lost items once they are claimed by the winning bidder.
  • Some items may have restrictions or expiration dates; it is the bidder’s responsibility to review these details before bidding.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Bidders’ personal information will be used solely for auction-related purposes and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  • By participating, bidders consent to being contacted regarding auction updates, winning bids, and item collection.
